1. 服务与运营者

Neloa 由Ziyi Jia提供。Neloa 提供本地任务、子任务、今日、看板、日历、归档、本地通知、每日接续、模板、趋势和备份功能；部分功能属于 Free、14 天 Pro Trial 或 Lifetime Pro。

2. 账号与本机数据

当前版本不提供账号或云同步。你负责输入、导入、导出和分享的内容，并应在卸载、换机或清除 App 数据前保存重要备份。外部备份可能含有私人任务内容，请妥善保管。

3. Free、Trial 与 Lifetime Pro

Free 功能可长期使用，并受 App 内展示的未完成总任务数量及功能边界约束。14 天 Pro Trial 需要用户主动开启，不要求绑定支付方式，到期不会自动收费。Lifetime Pro 是通过 Apple App Store 提供的非消耗型一次性购买；实际价格、税费、退款、家庭共享可用性及商店区域规则以 Apple 购买界面和适用条款为准。购买权益由 App Store 验证，不进入 .focusflow 备份。已创建的数据不会因 Trial 到期或未购买 Pro 而被删除。

4. 提醒与重要事项

本地通知可能受权限、专注模式、通知摘要、省电策略、时区和系统调度影响。Neloa 不保证提醒在所有情况下精确送达，不应作为医疗、安全、法律、财务或其他关键时限事项的唯一提醒方式。

5. 合理使用与知识产权

你不得利用 Neloa 从事违法活动、侵犯他人权利、干扰产品安全或绕过购买与权益验证。Neloa 的软件、界面和品牌受适用知识产权规则保护；你对自行输入的内容保留相应权利。

6. 可用性、免责声明与责任

我们会合理维护产品，但设备损坏、系统清理、用户误操作、Apple 服务异常或不可抗力仍可能造成中断或数据丢失。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Neloa 按现状和可用状态提供，不作超出强制法律要求的保证；本条款不排除依法不能排除的消费者权利或责任。

7. 支持、变更与联系

功能或条款发生重要变化时，我们会更新日期，并在适当情况下于 App 内提示。你可以停止使用并删除 App；删除前请先导出重要数据。支持邮件仅在处理请求所需期间保留，不再需要时删除，法律要求保留的情况除外。联系：hello.neloa@outlook.com。

Neloa is provided by Ziyi Jia. It offers local tasks, subtasks, Today, Board, Calendar, Archive, local reminders, Daily Continuity, templates, trends, and backups. Some capabilities are part of Free, the opt-in 14-day Pro Trial, or Lifetime Pro.

Local data

This version has no account or cloud sync. You are responsible for content you enter, import, export, or share and for exporting important data before uninstalling, replacing a device, or clearing app data.

Free, Trial, and Lifetime Pro

Free remains usable within the limits shown in the app. The 14-day Trial must be started by the user, requires no payment method, and does not auto-charge. Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable purchase through Apple. The Apple purchase sheet and applicable Apple terms control price, taxes, refunds, regional rules, and any family-sharing availability. Entitlement is verified by the App Store and is not stored in a .focusflow backup. Existing data is not deleted when a Trial ends or Pro is not purchased.

Reminders and availability

Notifications can be affected by permissions, Focus modes, summaries, power settings, time zones, and system scheduling. Do not use Neloa as the sole reminder for medical, safety, legal, financial, or other critical deadlines. The app is provided as-is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law without limiting rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Support and contact

Support mail is retained only while needed to handle the request and deleted when no longer needed, except where retention is required by law. Do not use Neloa unlawfully, infringe rights, interfere with security, or bypass purchase verification. Contact hello.neloa@outlook.com.
