2. 本机数据

Neloa 不要求注册账号。任务标题与描述、总任务与子任务、日期和时间、分类、排序、完成及归档状态、重复规则、模板、趋势汇总、提醒设置和本机安全快照默认保存在当前设备的 App 本地存储中。Neloa 不会把这些数据自动同步到其他设备，也不会将其上传至 Neloa 自有服务器。

3. 备份、导入与分享

当你主动导出时，Neloa 会在 App 缓存中临时生成 .focusflow 备份，并交给系统分享面板，由你选择保存位置或接收应用；分享流程结束后，App 会尝试删除缓存中的临时文件。备份可能包含任务正文、模板和趋势历史，但不包含 Trial 状态、永久 Pro 权益或商店购买凭据。导入只读取你主动选择的文件，并在文件大小、JSON、版本与数据结构校验通过后替换相应本机数据。外部备份由你自行保管。

4. Trial 与购买

14 天 Pro 体验由用户主动开启，体验记录保存在当前设备的安全存储中，不进入任务备份。永久 Pro 是由 Apple App Store 提供并验证的非消耗型 App 内购买。Neloa 不接收银行卡或支付凭据；购买与恢复购买由 Apple 按其条款和隐私政策处理。

5. 本地通知

只有在你主动开启并授予系统通知权限后，Neloa 才在当前设备安排本地通知。通知可能显示任务名称，并可能出现在锁屏预览中。提醒不经过 Neloa 服务器；实际送达可能受通知权限、专注模式、省电策略和系统调度影响。

6. Analytics、AI 与网络服务

当前版本不进行 Neloa 自有使用分析或崩溃上传，不创建用于分析或广告的设备标识，不含广告或追踪，也不提供账号、云同步、远程数据库、AI 或 Neloa 自有网络内容服务。核心任务能力离线运行。Apple StoreKit 和你主动发起的系统邮件或文件分享属于平台或用户主动选择的外部流程。

7. 联系支持、保留与删除

App 不在后台上传反馈。你可以复制支持邮箱或主动打开系统邮件应用。邮件是否发送及内容由你确认；邮件服务商会处理你的邮箱地址和邮件内容。我们只将收到的邮件用于回复、排查问题或处理隐私请求，并仅在处理该支持请求所需期间保留；不再需要时删除，法律要求保留的情况除外。请不要发送任务正文、密码或其他敏感信息。你可以通过支持邮箱请求删除你主动发送给我们的邮件。

8. 本机数据保留与安全

本机数据保留至你在 App 中清除、卸载 App 或清除系统应用数据。外部备份保留期限由你决定。Neloa 使用输入校验、本机快照和导入回滚降低异常写入与误覆盖风险，但任何本地存储都不能保证在设备损坏、系统清理或卸载时绝不丢失；请在换机、卸载或清除数据前导出重要备份。

9. 儿童与政策更新

Neloa 面向一般用户，不以儿童为目标。若产品的数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新本政策和生效日期，并在适当情况下于 App 内提示。

Data on your device

Neloa requires no account. Tasks and subtasks, dates and times, categories, order, completion and archive state, recurrence, templates, trend summaries, reminder settings, and local safety snapshots stay in the app’s local storage on the current device by default. Neloa does not automatically sync this data or upload it to a Neloa-operated server.

Backups and sharing

When you export, Neloa temporarily creates a .focusflow file in app cache and passes it to the system share sheet. You choose where it goes. The app attempts to remove the cached copy after sharing. A backup can contain task content, templates, and trend history, but not Trial state, Lifetime Pro entitlement, or store credentials. Import reads only the file you select and validates it before replacing local data.

Trial, purchases, and reminders

The 14-day Pro Trial is opt-in and its record stays in secure storage on this device. Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable purchase supplied and verified by Apple. Neloa does not receive payment credentials. Local notifications are scheduled only after you enable them and may show task names on the lock screen.

Analytics, AI, and network services

This version has no Neloa-operated analytics, crash upload, advertising, tracking, accounts, cloud sync, remote database, AI, or Neloa-operated online content service. Core task features work offline. Apple StoreKit and email or file sharing that you initiate are platform or user-directed external flows.

Support, retention, and deletion

The app does not upload feedback in the background. If you choose to email us, your mail provider processes your address and message. We use support mail only to reply, troubleshoot, or handle privacy requests and retain it only while needed to handle the request. We delete it when it is no longer needed, except where retention is required by law. Do not include task content, passwords, or sensitive information. Email us to request deletion of mail you sent.

Local retention, children, and updates

Local data remains until you clear it, remove the app, or clear app data; you control external backups. Neloa is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children. We will update this policy and its effective date if our practices materially change.
